What should I wear to class?

Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting clay on. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. We provide studio aprons, towels, and hand-washing stations.

Do you offer online classes?

Yes. Live online sessions feature multiple camera angles showing hand positioning and clay behavior. Clay kits can be shipped to most US regions.

How does firing work?

We run weekly bisque and glaze firings. All student work is clearly labeled with your name and class date. Finished pieces are ready for pickup within 10–14 days.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds available up to 7 days before class. Within that window we offer full credit or a rescheduled session, subject to availability.

Are classes suitable for total beginners?

Absolutely. Our beginner courses move at a relaxed pace with repeated demonstrations and one-on-one guidance from instructors.

Do you have kids’ classes?

Yes. Short, playful sessions for ages 7–12 with non-toxic materials and age-appropriate projects. Guardians may stay in the studio.

Is the studio accessible?

Step-free entry, adjustable-height work tables, accessible restrooms, and adaptive tools available. Please let us know of any specific requirements when booking.

What materials do I need at home?

For online classes you’ll need low-fire clay, a sponge, water bowl, wooden rib/knife, and a smooth work surface. We offer complete material kits for purchase.

Can I book private group sessions?

Yes. We host birthday parties, team-building events, date nights, and private workshops. Tell us your group size, date preference, and any special requests.
