Acceptance of terms
By accessing Canyon Prime Clay’s website or enrolling in classes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with safety instructions. Kids’ classes require guardian consent. By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Accounts
You may create an account or provide contact details to manage enrollments. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments and refunds
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before a class. Within 7 days we offer credit or a seat in a future session if space is available.
- Third-party processors handle all payments. We do not store full card numbers.
Studio conduct and safety
- Always follow instructor guidance and posted safety notices.
- Use tools and kilns only as instructed during sessions.
- Stay home if feeling unwell and contact us to reschedule when possible.
Intellectual property
All course materials and site content are owned by Canyon Prime Clay or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
We provide classes “as is” and do not guarantee specific creative outcomes. Pottery involves variable results due to clay, glaze, and firing conditions. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Canyon Prime Clay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant class.
Changes to services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue classes or site features with reasonable notice when feasible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
